In Loving Memory of
Ethel Diane Farmacka
1948 – 2019

Ethel Diane Farmacka, better known as Mom, Grandma, Aunt Diane, or Smiley, passed away peacefully at the age of 71, with her children at her side. In those 71 years, she managed to raise 2 children, spoil 3 grandchildren, and retire from 2 jobs. She did all of this without ever losing her contagious laugh and smile, that she was so well known for. Diane was a boisterous person that made new friends everywhere she went.

She spent her retirement years on constant adventures with her siblings, children, grandchildren, and many friends. These adventures ranged from fishing with her son, vacationing with her daughter, and going to the movies and events with her grandchildren. When she was not spending time with family, Diane loved to go to bingo with her sister and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John Edwin Ohl Sr. and Eva Elaine Vaughn Ohl, sisters, Charlene Ann Mullens, Judith Kay Yorek , Sharon Lee Ohl, and brother, Timothy Wayne Ohl.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, David Louis Farmacka, daughter, Cindy Ann DeVance and husband Dick Guy DeVance, grandchildren, Damon Guy DeVance, Brittney Diane Farmacka, and Shye Ann DeVance; sisters, Carolyn Jessie Moye and husband Randy Moye, Robbie Lynn Moren, Terrie Lynett Grammer, and brother, John Edwin Ohl Jr. and wife Susan Ohl.
