As I listened to the wonderful tributes that Dianne's family shared during the beautiful memorial service and as I heard Dianne described as Sous Chef, I thought of Dianne walking into the office, the morning after Valentines Day.  We were all discussing how we had spent the previous evening with our spouses or significant others and Dianne looking half way pleased and half way annonyed said  "Shrimp 5 Ways, I walked into the house and Gene said guess what's for dinner, I made shrimp 5 ways."  I said "Wow Dianne, that sounds fantastic, I'm lucky if I get Shrimp 1 way."    "Oh the Shrimp was delicious" Dianne said "But guess how many pots and pans were used for Shrimp each way and guess who had to clean them all?"  Always loved Dianne's sense of humor.
