I had so much fun playing golf with Gordie. Especially using his 20+ handicap. I was very sad to hear the news about Gordie. He had great humor and uderstood mine! Fairwell old friend.

Words cannot express how saddened we are to hear Gordy's passing. Gordy was a good man with great sensor of humor. I always referred to him as 'Coach Ross'. He will be missed from golf league. Rene we pray for you and our thoughts are always with you - Izzy

I played a lot of golf matches with Gordy over the last 20 years and I will remember him as a great competitor always looking for the little edge that would seperate him from his opponents that day. He once flew from Houston to Chicago and back (on his frequent flyer points) in the middle of the winter to get a new set of custom fitted irons. When he was on his game and staying behind the ball he was a more than formidable golfer with his handicap. He was always humble in victory, resolved in defeat and a great friend either way.

Our Thoughts and Prayers are with Renae and the Ross Families. Gordon and I played golf together for the past 25 years and enjoyed the game equally well. We referred to him as "Gordy". A great guy that enjoyed life to the fullest. Always smiling and a great sense of humor..Rest in Peace my Friend.
