I'm tryin to find out of this the same uncle Jerry Wayne his mom was gr.ma. Follow Moore n gr.Pa.Delmar Moore. I just lost yalls half sister-my mom Dorothy Sue Burns n Rector. If you are any family here I'm tryin to contact you. Aunt Marie. Aunt Mary Loo. Uncle Donald Joe.I forget name of other uncle. Y'all used to carry is kids up the flooded road when rained out. I read Grandma Dollie passed. I'm n Michigan last 39 yrs. W. My dear husband 2 kids. N 1 grand girl.near2yr. If youre my relatives for sure plz.contact me. Jerry Wayne Moore was an awesome brother, friend, confidant and fishing buddy. The times that I saw Jerry smile was when he was on the water. For several years, it was only Jerry, Steve and I on the boat fishing. He was our partner when it came to fishing. We had one special spot (Honey Hole) that we named Catfish Alley and and if the fish weren't bitting anywhere else, without us saying it to one another, we knew we were heading for that spot before we called it a day of fishing. If we weren't fishing, we were scouting out the waters for new honey holes. He was always up for suggestions on where to go as long as we were on the water.

Jerry always joked with me and said that he didn't allow women on his boat, but because I proved that I could bait my own hook, take my fish of my line and pull in some nice size fish, I earned my seat on the boat just not the top seat. Jerry would say (joking) you have to cautch the biggest fish of the year before you earn the top seat, Steve earned that seat. He was such a caring man. He bought and install a coushion seat on his boat just for Steve because of Steve's back problems.

Steve and I will never forget the day we were at Catfish Alley when Steve had something on his fishing line and told Jerry "its the big one Jerry". Jerry started hooting and hollering and chasing Steve around the boat with the net, with me jumping and squeezing in between them, side to side to stay out of their way. This went on for atleast 30 minutes. The boat was not that big to be running around it but the fish was. That 3ft. 50 to 60 lb. Bull Red had Jerry and Steve all over the boat. It was really funny, they were determined not to lose that fish and they didn't.

We were a team of serious fisherman.

Jerry, you will always be in our hearts and soul forever, until we meet again R.I.P.

Jerry Wayne although we were only cousins by marriage I loved you as I did all my other cousins. It is hard for me to come to terms that you are really gone. Save me a seat beside you in the front seat because in heaven it doesn't matter who's oldest. I talk to you last Christmas and you promised me you would think about coming to my house for Christmas this year. It makes me sad to know that promise cannot be filled, but I'm excited that you will be spending it with your mother. Rest in peace my friend. I will see you again soon.
