Ms. Francis was a great lady, a dear friend & room-mate for 2+ years, and she had the best grandma Halloween costume ever!!!

I will miss her so much, and I will remember her with love and laughter, always, Cathleen

I am truly grateful to have gotten to know & spend time with Ms. Francis over the last year. She found a way to find joy in some difficult & trying situations. She brought smiles, hugs, kisses & laughter to many at her residence in League City! She loved animals & was thrilled to get to spend time with any of the dogs that came to visit, and she was equally as happy to see photos & videos of my cats & various wildlife that visited my yard!!

It was through Cathleen Morgan, her roommate, that we all quickly became friends & family. I will cherish our time spent together, always
