Chloe Ann's special life started rocky until she was saved by her Angels, the VanMeters. They cared for her until we were blessed to have her become a part of our family. She loved going back to visit with them and to play hide and seek with "Pee-Paw". He was one of the sweetest men I have ever been blessed to know. He had become a part of our family and is an essential part of who Chloe Ann is today. We will miss him dearly.

Know that I am older and can reflect back on Uncle Donald I realize he was the definition of "Peacemaker". I never in all the years I was around him every saw him raise his voice or get angry. I have not seen him in many years or any of the other family but I had the utmost respect for him. He was the last uncle that I had living. So much want to be there Monday.
