Obituary for Patsy Ann Koch (Smith)

Patsy Ann Koch, age 76, of Houston, TX, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family June 28, 2019.
Pat was born in Kingsville, TX on September 26, 1942. She married Bill Koch on June 30, 1961, and they were happily married just shy of 58 years. Pat retired from Uncle Ben’s Rice after 16 years of service. Pat was an accomplished Human Resources professional and was appreciated by all. Pat’s greatest accomplishment was her family. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Pat is survived by her loving husband, Bill, of Houston, TX, her two sons: Kevin and his wife, Kim, of Houston, TX, Kyle and his wife, Joanie, of Newtown, PA, and her loving daughter, Kandice, of Baytown, TX. Pat treasured spending time with her five grandchildren: Brittany, Brooke, Blake, Ellis, and Audrey. Oma embraced every loving moment with her grandbabies, and she will be dearly missed. She was preceded in death by her father Martin Neil Smith, her mother Rotha Lucille Smith, and her sister Helen Jean Alessandra. Pat is survived by her sisters Rotha Marlene Roberts of Summerville, SC and Jane Lawan Smith of Waco, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at Rosewood Funeral Home Friday, July 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.cst
