Kenneth Clinton Cucksee, known as K.C. to friends and family, was born in Greenville, SC to Cecil and Lynn Cucksee. K.C. graduated from Pasadena High School in 1971 where afterwards he immediately joined the United States Air Force. He proudly served his country from February 1972 and was honorably discharged in 1975. During his time in the Air Force, he was distinguished to be part of the USAF Honor Guard. K.C. married his high school sweetheart, Nora Ann Jones Cucksee, on March 24, 1972. They welcomed first born son Kenneth Bradley Cucksee on October 25, 1975, then a short time later welcomed (favorite child) daughter Kathleen Lynn Cucksee Hernandez on November 7, 1977. K.C. started his post military career at Air Products as a lab technician for 7 years. Then went on to Waters Corporation as a Senior Service Engineer for 24 years. He wrapped up the last 9 years of his career at Bayer/Covestro as an Instrument Scientist retiring in March 2017. K.C. has had many titles throughout his life, although some we won’t mention in this obituary, the title that gave him the most joy was Grandpa. His first grandson Marcus Anthony Esquivel was born August 14, 1996, then a short 18 years later, came second grandson Eli Lukas Hernandez born July 7, 2014. K.C. could be known as a hard ass but to those who knew and loved him knew he was a big softy who loved and adored his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
