MICHAEL ANDREW KASPER
(1968-2018)

Michael Andrew Kasper (“Mike”) passed away at his residence in Spring, Texas on November 16, 2018 at the age of 50 years old. Mike was born on June 27, 1968 in Corpus Christi, Texas as the first child of Susan Aldridge Kasper and William Joseph Kasper. He graduated from Ovey Comeaux High School in Lafayette, Louisiana and studied at the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now named ULL) until he began his career as a sales person in the oil and gas supply business. His most recent position for many years has been with Industrial Valve Company in Houston, Texas where he grew the friendships with many co-workers and loyal customers.

Mike’s favorite pastimes were enjoying good Mexican food and barbecue, watching new and old movies and playing video games.

Mike was preceded in death by his loving wife Tina Kramer Kasper and his mother Susie Kasper. He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Willie and Edith Kasper and his maternal grandparents Joe and Catherine Aldridge.

Mike is survived by his son Matthew Austin Kasper (Cassie), his stepson Corey Idom (Sandra), his father Bill Kasper (Ann Alexander), his brother Brian Kasper (Alexandria), his mother-in-law Phyllis Dowell (Terry) and his father-in-law Jim Kramer (Debby). In addition, Mike leaves behind several aunts, uncles and dear cousins and lots of good friends.

A memorial service for Mike Kasper will be conducted at Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble, Texas on Saturday January 5, 2019. Visitation of friends and family will be at 11:00 AM with the memorial service immediately following at 12:00 PM. Mike’s remains will be placed in the same Rosewood Cemetery resting spot as his wife Tina.
