Henry "Randy" Raymond Fox III was born October 28, 1949 in Houston, Texas and passed away peacefully October 25, 2018 in Humble Texas.

Randy enjoyed a good round of golf, fishing, barbequing and crossword puzzles. He was a graduate of the University of Houston in 1975 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Randy retired as an accountant from POGO Producing Co. and was a member of the Petroleum Accountants Society. His proudest accomplishment was the "Best Dad Ever Award" from his sons Ryan and Caleb. When he was asked by his son Ryan, "How do you be such a Good Dad," he simply said "BE THERE"

Randy is preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Fox. Randy is survived by his longtime companion and partner Wanda Acosta, her children Amanda and Michael Adkison, his father, Henry R. Fox Jr., sons, Ryan and Caleb Fox and their mother Nita Horne, his granddaughters, Jordan and Emma Fox. Randy is also survived by his brothers, Tom Fox and wife Amy, John Fox and wife Kay, his sisters, Cindy Moore and husband Kevin, Becky Newton and husband Dan, Elizabeth Klingler and husband Tim, Connie Radle and husband Mark, and numerous nieces and nephews.
