Izabela Noel Biggar unexpectedly passed on October 3rd, 2018; three days after her eleven-month old birthday. She was born at 8:21a.m. October 30, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She was perfectly healthy and perfectly perfect in every way. Izabela was born to her loving parents James and Vanessa Biggar. She is survived by her 5 siblings, four sisters and a brother, Elijah. Her paternal grandparents are Walter Biggar and Kathy Bailey. Maternal grandparents Nancy Daniels and Timothy Phillips. Dollfaced Izabela gave her family a lifetime full of love in her tremendously short time here on Earth. She will be missed every second of every single day.
