Joan Margaret Klopp, 74, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 2, 2018, in Atascocita, Texas. She was born January 2, 1944 to George and Susan Kleinschmidt. Joan graduated in the fall of 1962 from Grasslands School of Practical Nursing in Valholla, New York and was a dedicated nurse for over 50 years. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Herbert Alan Klopp, her daughters, Kerri-Ann and Kathleen Janel Kissam, and her grandchildren, Kyle Douglas Krusleski and Megan Leigh Naranjo. Joan is preceded in death by her first husband, Douglas James Kissam, and her children who died in infancy, Douglas and Susan. Joan loved the ocean and the beach. May her soul forever dance among the waves.
