Virginia Burgess Stanford, 86, of New Caney went to be with her Lord Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was born Saturday, March 26, 1932 to Virgil and Katie Burgess. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bob Stanford; brother, Harold Lloyd Burgess. She is survived by her children, Steven Stanford and wife Kathy, Tammy Stanford Burch and husband Joey; grandchildren, Cy, Steven Jr., Amy, Jeremy, Tracy, Lisa, John; numerous great-grandchildren; best friend, Loretta Humplink, and many other family members and friends. A visitation will be Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Porter from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Rosewood Funeral Home in Porter. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park North, in Porter, Texas..
