Condolence: Ron, Alison, and Staci—
I will always remember her smile— her whole face lit up. I remember telling her she was so beautiful in her glasses that I hoped to be like that someday. Ron, both of you made me feel so welcome when I first moved to Kingwood and made me feel I belonged in the choir. Susan helped me dress for so many formal occasions— I could always count on her. I understand you have all had some difficult years. I remember my last conversation after I had moved and returned for a meeting and was so overjoyed to run in to you both. My last painting job was in your home. Am sure there will be a hole in your lives but I am sure her smile is lighting up the heavens.

Condolence: To all the extended family, and especially Ron, Allison and Stacy -

What a beacon of energetic, enthusiastic joy Susan was. She always generated smiles on the faces of those she interacted. She was quick to say what she thought ... and what she thought always made me think (and sometimes re-think).

She cared and she gave ... and a number, including myself were direct recipients of that.

I understand that the recent years for Susan were quite challenging, as well as for those who ministered to and cared for her. I take comfort that knowing Susan is no longer dealing with earthly challenges. I pray that all take comfort through wonderful memories of her during her earthly life.
