Mrs. Anna Mae Cockrell passed peacefully into eternity, Thursday, April 12, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Anna was born August 11, 1919 in Helena Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 65 years, Melvin W. “Cotton” Cockrell and her daughter-in-law Jacqueline S. Cockrell. She is survived by her son Melvin W. Cockrell, Jr., daughter Bobbie Jean and husband Charles Neff, Jr., and her loving grandchildren; Paige K. Hannah, Melvin Cockrell III, Erin Cockrell, Michael Neff, Natalie Pesek, and ten great-grand children.

Services celebrating her life will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 at First United Methodist Church of Humble, Texas at 11:00am with Dr. Jim Flagg officiating. A reception/lunch will be served following the service with graveside gathering at approximately 2:00pm at Rosewood Memorial Park.
